All sales are final unless otherwise stated on the sales page.
By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge:
• You receive immediate access to proprietary materials.
• You waive any applicable right of rescission once access is granted, except where prohibited by law.

If a specific program offers a refund window, it will be clearly stated on the sales page.

Refund eligibility is determined solely according to the terms stated at time of purchase.

3. PAYMENT PLANS
If you select a payment plan:
• You are responsible for completing all payments.
• Failure to complete payments may result in suspended access and collections action.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in termination of access and additional action.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if:
• Program materials have been downloaded or accessed extensively
• Terms of Use have been violated
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
